产品简述

硅酸锆珠是采用“烧结法”生产，其内部微晶体结构均匀细致，具有十分理想的研磨效果，适用于球磨机、砂磨机、剥片机等高速研磨设备，主要应用于碳酸钙、高岭土、油漆、硅酸锆、钛白粉、涂料、油墨等行业的研磨分散，也可用于喷丸抛光等表面处理。

硅酸锆珠特点

由于其特殊工艺，珠子内部结构均匀致密，始终使研磨物料品质均匀一致；

有较好的韧性，耐撞击，极小摩擦系数使珠子对设备的磨损很低；

密度较大，显著提高研磨效果与效率；

磨耗低，使用寿命长。

硅酸锆珠与其他研磨陶瓷珠性能比较：

硅酸锆珠相对氧化铝球来说磨耗小，韧性好，可以用到高速搅拌磨，振动磨，砂磨机等；

跟钇稳定氧化锆珠（95锆珠）相比，成本较低，比较适合涂料，油漆等的研磨与分散。

Can use for ball mill, sand mill, stripper etc.  can use in calcium carbonate, kaolin, oil paint, zirconium silicate, titanium dioxide, coating, printing ink industry and also for surface treatment like polishing.
